Application under S. 2(1)(b)(iv)/S. 12 (c)/S. 13 (6) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Order 1 Rule 8, sub-rule (1)(a) of the Code of Civil Procedure Code 1908
Respectfully showeth:
1. That the complainant above named have filed the accompanying complaint the contents of which are not being repeated herein for the sake of brevity may be read as an integral part of this application also.
2. That the complainants above named have suffered financial loss/mental agony, etc. on account of deficiency in services rendered ...and the nature of the grievance suffered is identical. In fact, the evidence which the complainants crave leave to produce at an appropriate stage, is also identical. Accordingly, the complainants have the same interest in the above complaint.
3. In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in order to meet the ends of justice and to effectually adjudicate the present dispute, it is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Forum/Commission may kindly be pleased to grant permission to complainants to institute and prosecute the present complaint through...for and on behalf of and for the benefit of all the complainants. Any other order which this Hon'ble Forum/Commission may deem fit and proper, may also be passed.
